Pretenders and Faith Hill perform on the night before the Super Bowl was held live, and this obviously blown the supporters and fans’ mind away. Both sides, however, are left happy regardless of the game. The live duet would be broadcasted from Grand Prairie, Texas on Saturday night as the part of the Super Bowl festivities. It is reported that it is the second time of collaboration between country singer and other genres’ singer.
However, the live broadcast of such unique collaboration has never been done before; and thus, Faith Hill said that she was crazy for the show. She said that there would be another element to the show itself. Interviewed separately, Chrissie Hyunde, Pretenders lead singer expected a little chaos in the show; yet she wanted so much to perform at the show.
Whatever happens, happens, she said; and if something is not expected happen, if either side mess it up, for instance, then the show must go on. People will probably do not remember watching a cassette, anyway. Together, Faith Hill and the Pretenders would perform eight songs, four of which are from their own repertories. Chrissie stated that she was excited about the live performance with Hill, because it is something she has never been done before.
